Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information TapStall collects, why, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Creators: name, email, password (stored hashed by our auth provider), store details, uploaded files, and answers you give our AI store builder.
- Buyers: name and email entered at checkout or when claiming a freebie, whether you agreed to receive emails, and what you bought. Payments are made on the Creator's own payment provider (such as Hotmart); TapStall never sees or stores card numbers.
- Usage data: basic, aggregated visit counts on stores (page and referring site), and technical logs needed to keep the service secure.
How we use it
- To run the service: host stores, process orders, deliver files and send receipts.
- To share Buyer information with the Creator you bought from, so they can fulfill your order and, if you agreed, email you.
- To bill Creators for their subscription (via Hotmart) and to provide support.
- To generate store suggestions with AI. Your answers are sent to our AI provider (Google Gemini or Anthropic) only to produce the response.
We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We rely on: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting), Hotmart (Creators' sales on their own accounts, and TapStall subscriptions), Resend (email delivery) and Google or Anthropic (AI). They process data on our behalf under their own security and privacy terms.
Retention
We keep account and order data while your account is active and as needed for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Creators can ask us to delete their account and data.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example California under the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or get a copy of your personal information, and to opt out of marketing emails. Buyers can unsubscribe from a Creator's emails at any time. To make a request, email support@tapstall.online.
Children
TapStall is not intended for children under 13, and Creators must be 18 or older.
