Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TapStall ("TapStall", "we", "us"), a service that lets creators ("Creators") build an online storefront and sell digital products to their audience ("Buyers"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

1. Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account, your password and all activity under your account.
• Your store username must not impersonate anyone or infringe anyone's trademark. We may reclaim usernames that do.

2. Subscription and free trial

• New accounts get a 14-day free trial. No payment method is required to start it.
• After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription, currently US$19.90 per month, billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Hotmart.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or by Hotmart's buyer terms.
• If your trial ends or your subscription lapses, your storefront goes offline. Your data is kept for at least 30 days so you can resubscribe.

3. Selling on TapStall

• Creators are the sellers of their products. Sales are processed through the Creator's own payment account (such as Hotmart), and the contract of sale is between the Creator and the Buyer. TapStall does not process, hold or transfer Buyers' payments.
• TapStall does not take a commission on sales. Payment processor fees are charged by the Creator's payment provider under the Creator's own agreement with it.
• Creators are responsible for their products, descriptions, pricing, refunds, customer support, taxes on their sales and compliance with laws that apply to them, including consumer protection and email marketing laws.
• Creators must only email Buyers who consented, and must honor unsubscribe requests.

4. Content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant TapStall a limited license to host, display and deliver your content as needed to run the service. You must have all rights to the content you sell and it must follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend stores that break these Terms.

5. AI features

TapStall uses AI to suggest store text, product ideas and prices. Suggestions may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving anything before it is published, and for making sure your claims are truthful.

6. Buyers

If you buy from a Creator on TapStall, you are buying from that Creator. Questions about a product, refunds or support should be sent to the Creator. Download links are personal and may expire.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapStall is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Termination

You can stop using TapStall at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put Buyers, other Creators or TapStall at risk.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. If a change is material we will notify you by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect.
